Express Reward Card

Express Reward Card is apart of Express Ticketing's Express Reward program available to all our Select and Independent agents and other agents affliliated with Express Ticketing.

It is a cash-based card that can be used at any retailer Australia-wide that accepts EFTPOS.

Cash is deposited directly into your Express Reward Card as you achieve our special offers or incentives.

In addition, the Express Reward Card is connected to our Express Reward program. 

This program has Emerald, Silver, Gold and Diamond tiers which are linked to your individual agent contracts and revenue generated. The first Card that you receive from us, will be matched to your current status. As you attain higher levels of achievement, you will move up the tiers which will make you eligible for additional bonuses, discounts, special offers and more.

Conditions of Use

  • All redemptions must be completed within the expiry date as specified on the Express Reward Card (the “card”). Cards are partially redeemable, any unused balance existing after the card expires will not be refunded or credited, nor will any compensation be provided.
  • When the cost of redemption exceeds the card balance, the cardholder will be required to pay the difference between the purchase price and the card balance.
  • Orient Express Travel Group Pty Ltd ("OETG") reserves the right to cancel any card for any reason, at any time, without notice.
  • OETG may either provide a refund or replacement gift card of equivalent value unless it reasonably suspects fraud in relation to the card. The card remains property of OETG. OETG may vary these terms and conditions from time to time by publishing written notification to cardholders no less than 30 days before any changes take place.
  • The current cost of a replacement card is $35.00 payable by the cardholder for a lost PIN number or if a PIN number is forgotten, as a new card will need to be produced.
  • Cards which are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way, will be void and no balance will be redeemable.
  • OETG may subject cards to verification and security checks in its absolute discretion and is not liable for the availability, quality, or fitness for purpose of any goods or services redeemed with the card. Disputes about the redeemed goods or services or errors in transactions must be resolved at the place of purchase.

Cards can only be used for retail purchases and at retailers accepting EFTPOS. The retailer takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
